We supply Loom Data Monitoring System. This Loom Data System collects data from the Loom automatically. Then the software generates useful reports for centralize production, stoppages and various other loom parameters observation and logging system in both text and graph format. The software is very user friendly.

  • Power Pack (PP): Used to convert 230V AC Supply into 18V DC Supply. It is connected with UPS. It Provides the Supply to all Machine Terminals
  • Multiplexer (Mux): MULTIPLEXER is getting Power Supply From UPS. Used to Collect Data’s from Loom. Used to send the data’s in to computer via RS232 (Serial Communication Port)
  • Software: Software provides the Loom Details in Computer. This is the Communication media between user and loom. Graphical User Interface (GUI) Software. Having facility to Connect with other Computer in Plant. Can easily transfer the data to ERP system. Generating various reports used to increase the efficiency
